These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "you") and pk888 ("pk888," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the pk888 online gaming platform available at pk888.asia and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). 2.3 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the pk888 Platform. One account per household and per device is also the standard. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. pk888 will never request your password through any channel, including email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be attributed to you.
3.3 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify pk888 support immediately via live chat. pk888 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the Account pending investigation.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pk888 support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pk888 does not accept cryptocurrency, third-party payment processors not listed above, or payments from accounts not registered in the Member's own name.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 per transaction. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes for standard amounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
4.4 KYC Verification. pk888 may require KYC documentation — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of address — before processing withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 or where required by PAGCOR's anti-money laundering compliance framework. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
4.5 Withdrawal to Verified Methods Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. pk888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by pk888 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified; unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. pk888 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonuses, and suspend or terminate Accounts where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and colluding with other Members to exploit promotional structures.
5.4 pk888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect Members who have already opted into the promotion and are actively meeting its requirements.
6.1 All wagers placed on the pk888 Platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each game or sporting event. These rules are accessible within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
6.2 Finality of Results. Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is binding. pk888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred (see clause 6.3).
6.3 Manifest Errors. pk888 reserves the right to void any wager that was accepted as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes displayed due to a technical fault, or pricing errors. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Account.
6.4 Maximum Winnings. pk888 may impose maximum payout limits per wager, per day, or per event. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may be updated from time to time. pk888 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual Member at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk888 Platform:
pk888 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct involves criminal activity, pk888 will report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.
All content on the pk888 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data — is the property of pk888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pk888.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pk888's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.2 pk888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if pk888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 pk888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. pk888 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
pk888's collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pk888 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and pk888, you should first contact our support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. pk888 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable under pk888's licensing conditions. Disputes not resolved through PAGCOR's process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
